Who we are

Pavvilion Property develop high quality individual homes in the south of England. We have 30 years experience in house building.

Our projects range from 3 to 20 homes. We have developed a large range of building types: Churches, flats, single homes, self build schemes, site assembly schemes and commercial conversions. We have worked on many listed and heritage buildings.

Our work is always of the highest quality. We are experts in obtaining planning permission and seeing the real potential of land and buildings. We work with land owners, the community and local authorities, to create beautiful places to live, and enhance land values by getting consent to build.

Is to create beautiful places for people to live in. To be part of a strong SME development sector that can add value to our country. We believe that smaller development companies can add diversity to the architectural heritage of the country that is sadly lacking with the large house building companies. The house building sector is a big driver of economic activity in the UK, and is an important element in making peoples built environment a happy place to be.

Robert Allen

Meet the team

Robert is an experienced developer who has been developing since his late 20’s. Is a graduate from Reading University specialising in development surveying. His interest in developing was sparked by working in the family business while at school, a home improvement business. Robert has extensive knowledge of all aspects of developing, from sourcing opportunities to construction.

He has also worked for FTSE 100 companies as a senior consultant acquiring and building property assets in many countries. Robert has a broad experience in business, property and marketing. His passion is creating solutions to enable the development of sites, which need a blend of skills. Creativity, excellence of design, and an understanding of town planning are all needed. All types of property have been developed.
